We understand that life happens and schedules change. However, out of respect for our staff and other patients, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to make your appointment.
Please be aware that patients who miss three consecutive appointments without prior notice, including same-day cancellations, will no longer be seen at our practice. We value every patient relationship and hope to avoid this outcome, so please don't hesitate to reach out if you need to cancel or reschedule.
